Use of the Site
Eligibility and Permitted Use
By accessing or using 91 Club at 91clubofficial.com.co (the "Site"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable law, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). You may access and use the Site solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. If you do not meet these requirements, you must discontinue use of the Site immediately. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access the Site from any device or location, including users accessing the platform via mobile browsers across India.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to attempt unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its systems; transmit unsolicited advertising, spam, or malicious code; engage in automated data extraction, scraping, or crawling without prior written consent from 91 Club; upload material that is defamatory, fraudulent, obscene, or otherwise unlawful under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its amendments; or interfere with the integrity or performance of the Site. Impersonating any person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation with 91 Club, is strictly prohibited. You may not use the Site to conduct any activity that violates applicable Indian law or the rules or regulations issued by any competent authority.
Account Responsibilities and Termination
Where an account is required, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. The site operators reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to this Site at any time and without prior notice for breach of these Terms, abusive behaviour, or for any other reason at their sole discretion. This Site does not process UPI payments; any payment disputes must be directed to the 91 Club operator or your UPI payment provider directly. Termination of your account does not release you from any obligations incurred prior to termination.
